Scope and Content

The "Records" files (1784-1947) contain votes, bills, appointments, resolutions, wage increase requests, equipment purchases, and similar corresponence. "Assorted Records" (1920-1944) contain information about street improvement, and assessments for such. This includes establishment or changes to veranda lines, building lines, grading, and curb lines. Two sets of annual reports are included, and listed separately. Those for 1930-1945, housed in Boxes 188-189, are typescript. Printed copies, for 1873-1933, may be found in Boxes 370-374.
