Considerations upon the act of Parliament, whereby a duty is laid of six pence sterling per gallon on molasses, and five shillings per hundred on sugar of foreign growth, imported into any of the British colonies. Pamphlets collected and studied by Noah Webster. Among the topics are politics, religion, science, and medicine. The pamphlets are thought to have been useful to Webster as sources of American linguistic practice, as well as for his own edification. The pamphlets were bound by Case, Lockwood & Brainard printers of Hartford, and donated to the Hartford Library Association some time in the 19th century.
